A Central Exhaust Plant is the primary
requirement of a Textile department. Since
the heat is predominant within 3' level
from the floor, hot air exhaust is arranged
through Floor Grilles located over underground
trenches. Generally an Exhaust system is
given priority over a Supply system as the
removal of heat through an Exhaust Plant
brings in fresh air automatically into the
department. A properly designed Exhaust
system shall exhaust the same CFM of hot
air through the Floor Grilles from the first
(close to the plant) to the last (away from
the plant) and with minimum variation. Pneumafil
hot air is exhausted through a separate
plant without combining with the Floor Grille
exhaust plant. Recirculation facility is
provided in the design. It would be ideal
to provide Rotary Filters in the
Exhaust plant to filter microdust and thereby
provide not only quality air to the department
but also prevent choking of Eliminator plates.
Innovative Exhaust system designs
are offered by EXCEL for a running
mill. |
