Louver Damper |
| |
|
| Gravity
Louver Damper also known as Auto shutter is an
arrangement provided at the delivery side of the
Axial Fan and remain open when the Fan is switched
on and remain closed when the Fan is switched
off. This allows to use less number of Fans in
a multiple Fan system design without short circuit.
Further when a Motor trips and hence the Fan is
not able to run the short circuit is prevented. |

| Spray
Sets |
| |
|
| It Is
an assembly (bank) of two horizontal Header pipes
on which number of Vertical branch pipes / Riser
pipes are fitted. The spray Nozzles are fitted
on to the riser pipes. The Spray header is connected
to the delivery of the Pump. The Pipes are evenly
distributed in turn to distribute Nozzles to create
a uniform mist. |

| Air
Diffusers |
| |
|
 |
They
distribute the humidified air in the department
at various locations. They are available
in PVC powder coated Al. / S.S construction. |

Grilles |
| |
|
 |
Air
Grilles also distribute the humidified air
at various locations. They are of single
deflection and double deflection type. They
are available in GI / SS and extruded Al.
construction. |

|
| Floor
Grilles |
| |
|
|
Floor Grilles are the Exhaust Grilles fitted at
different locations over the Trench. The spent
air along with floating fiber passes through this
grille into the trench. |
| |
|
| Ducting
|
| |
|
| They
carry the humidified air from the plant and a
common masonry plenum and run generally above
the False ceiling. They are fabricated at site
with 20 / 22/ 24 G GI sheets and MS angles. They
are generally supported from the roof purlins.
The Diffusers are fitted on the Ducting. |
| |
|
| Insulation
|
| |
|
| In
order to prevent the heat transfer from the attic
space (generally between 50 8 - 60 8 C) to the
Duct carrying the humidified air(around 25 8-
28 8 C) the Ducts are insulated with Mineral wool.
Insulation is also provided over the False ceiling
/under the roof to arrest the roof heat entering
into the department which in turn reduces the
humidification plant capacity. |
