Rotary Disc Filter

Rotary Disc Filter replaces the manual cleaning V-type Filters in Exhaust plants of Humidification requiring no extra space

BENEFITS:

This automates the cleaning of filters periodically and maintains constant output of the Exhaust system. The heat and fluff removal from the department is steady without fluctuation. This improves the Humidification performance inside the department and reduces the flies thereby improving the yarn quality

MODELS:

Excel Disc Filter is available in diameter of 7' & 8' as standard. Non standard sizes could be made on specific requirements.

WORKING:

Disc Filter is a circular rotating wheel covered by an imported filter media housed in a square sheet metal frame work. it is run by a geared motor (0.5 to 1 HP) arrangement to run at slow speed. A timer provision activates the disc motor and the dust collection blower (3 to 5 HP) simultaneously. A dust collection nozzle arrangement cleans the fluff from the filter media. The drive arrangement is located on the clean air side. The fluff is collected in an open type Bag Collector.
